1940's Retailer Franchise Agreement

This is the last page in the Catalog, a dealer application for sales rights with the address for the company given as 148 Kenwood Ave. The Cornflower factory was only in this location for a few short years leading up to the passing of WJ Hughes, so you can be sure this document dates to the late 1940's.

Please note that this document is extremely faded and although I've tried to edit it I'm not able to get it any better than what you see.
